Our Policies
At present we do not have a formal waiting lounge, if you arrive more than 10-minutes early
for your scheduled appointment, you may find the door to be locked. If there is a sign
indicating we are with another client, please do not knock, we will be with you shortly.
Attention Permanent Makeup Clients
The temperature in the permanent makeup studio tends to be on the cooler side, please dress
accordingly. Due to the nature of these procedures we are unable to provide blankets or
extra covering if you are cold. Anything used during these procedures must be either
disposable or have the ability to be sanitized.
Our facility is not equipped to accommodate children. Please make arrangements for someone
to care for them during your appointment. If you arrive with children in tow, your
appointment will be rescheduled.Person’s under the age of 18 are not allowed in the Permanent Makeup Studio at any time or
under any circumstances.Permanent makeup procedures require the technician’s sole attention and focus. Guests can
unknowingly be a distraction for both the technician and the client and for this reason it
is our policy not to allow guests in the room during permanent makeup services.
Due to guest allergies and health and sanitation requirements, we are unable to accommodate
any pets or animals in permanent makeup studio
As a courtesy, please turn off or put in silent mode, cell phones and other electronic
devices prior to entering the building.
Your appointments are very important to us, and we reserve this time just for you. We also
know that “life happens”, so we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment
please contact us as soon as possible. We do understand that unforeseeable emergencies occur
and will do our best to work with you.As a courtesy, confirmation texts and/or e-mails, with the date and time, are typically sent
24-hours prior to appointments and you are always welcome to contact us to double check any
appointments.Less than 24-hour notice (one business day), Cancellation fee of 50% of reserved
appointment(s) will be assessed and must be paid before any future appointments can be
scheduled.· No-show/No Call, first occurrence, Cancellation fee of 50% of reserved appointment(s).
Client will be required to pay a non-refundable Booking fee equal to 50% of the cost of
service booked for any future appointments at time of scheduling.· No-show/No Call, second occurrence, Cancellation fee of 100% of reserved appointment(s).
Client will also be required to pay a non-refundable Booking fee equal to the cost of
service booked for any future appointments at time of scheduling.NOTE: Cancellation of, or request to re-schedule, less than 4-hours of the appointment will
be considered a No-show/No Call.Degree of implementation of Cancellation fees and Booking Fees are at the sole discretion of
JC Permanent Makeup Studio and are subject to change without notice.Cancellation: Permanent Makeup “Perfecting Visits”Permanent Makeup appointments block out 1½ to 3 hours, this is a large portion of a business
day.If a “Perfecting Visit” needs to be re-scheduled, it must be done at least 72-hours prior to
the reserved time or additional charges will apply in order to have work completed.
Emergency situations will be taken into consideration.If there is a No show/No call for a “Perfecting Visit”, the complimentary appointment will
be forfeit, and any additional work to be completed will be at standard rates.
A credit card may be required when scheduling appointments that are 90 minutes or longer. In
the event of a last-minute cancellation or a No Show/No Call, the card will be charged the
appropriate Cancellation Fee.All Permanent Makeup appointments require a *Booking Fee, currently $100, be paid at time of
scheduling. 50% of this payment will go towards your initial session and 50% towards
perfection session visit. The appointment is not considered “Confirmed” until payment is
received in full.If the appointment is cancelled at least 72-hours prior to the scheduled procedure, the
Booking Fee will be refunded, less a $25 Processing Fee.If the appointment is cancelled LESS than 72-hours of the scheduled time the Booking Fee is
forfeit. If we are able to book another client in your original time slot, your Booking Fee
will be refunded less a $25 Processing Fee.If the appointment is re-scheduled at least 72-hours prior, no fees will be incurred,
provided the appointment is not later cancelled or re-scheduled. In this event, the Booking
Fee will be forfeit and a new Booking Fee must be paid to re-schedule.Re-scheduling with less than 72-hours’ notice incurs a $ 50 Re-scheduling Fee.Re-scheduling with less than 24-hours’ notice incurs a $100 Re-scheduling Fee.IMPORTANT: Legal Holidays are not considered when calculating time.
Promotional Booking Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to comply with the
terms and conditions of the promotion will result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee.*Gift Certificates may not be used to pay Booking Fees.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase in any denomination or for specific services.
They are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash and may be used only for products and
services.Jolie Cherie is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. In some instances, we
may be able to replace lost or damaged gift certificates for a small fee. This is not
applicable to gift certificates with “remaining balances”.Regular gift certificates do not expire, however “promotional” gift certificates are to be
used within one-year from date of issue, unless indicated otherwise. After such time the
value of the promotional gift certificate will be reduced to the amount of the original
purchase cost, if any, and/or specials will no longer be valid.Promotional Gift Certificates cannot be combined with other discounts or specials.Gift Certificates must be on-hand to be redeemed.Gift Certificates may not be used to pay Booking Fees, Cancellation Fees or Re-scheduling
Fees.
We will always do our best to accommodate clients who are running behind, stuck in traffic,
etc.. In fact, most appointments have small time buffers built into the scheduling.However, your tardiness may affect another client’s appointment. So long as it’s safe to do
so, please CALL as soon as you know you will be late. We will let you know whether it will
affect another client and decide whether we can proceed in full, in part or if we need to
re-schedule. There is nothing worse than rushing to an appointment and finding out once you
get there that you didn’t need too.If more than 15-minutes has passed from the scheduled appointment time and we have not
received a telephone call indicating a client is running late and/or needs to re-schedule, a
“No Show” is inferred and standard fees and policies will apply.Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you. These policies allow us
the opportunity to alert a standby client of any openings, thereby allowing us to provide
the best service possible.
Payment
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, cash and debit cards. We do not accept American
Express or personal checks. It is our policy to collect payment in full when services are
rendered. Clients agree to issue payment in full for services rendered at time of service.
Deposits may be required for some services.
Clients may be photographed and/or videoed, before and after specific procedure(s); these
photographs are the exclusive property of Jolie Cherie and may be used for promotional,
marketing, advertising or educational purposes.
Permanent makeup is an art, rather than an exact science. Healed results vary with each
client and are dependent on many factors, including skin type, life style, etc.… for these
reasons, results can not be guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin). We work
with all clients to achieve desired results which may include additional sessions.We have no control over what occurs during the healing process and for some clients using a
pencil or powder may still be needed.All services provided are non-refundable.By scheduling an appointment with JC Permanent Makeup Studio, you are acknowledging that you
